Sep. 29 AZWELL Inc. (Osaka Prefecture) and Fukujin Co., Ltd. (Tokyo) establish Alfresa Holdings Corporation (Tokyo) through stock transfer.

2004

Apr. 1 Odashima Limited (Iwate Prefecture) and DAIWA Pharmaceutical Wholesalers Co., Ltd. (Ehime Prefecture) become subsidiaries of Fukujin Co., Ltd.
Jul. 1 Taishodo Co., Ltd. (Saitama Prefecture) becomes a wholly owned subsidiary through a stock exchange.
Oct. 1 Reorganization of Fukujin Co., Ltd., AZWELL Inc., and Taishodo Co., Ltd. by business field into the wholesale company Alfresa Corporation (Tokyo) and the manufacturing company, Alfresa Pharma Corporation (Osaka Prefecture) through corporate separation.
Dec. 1 The Company establishes Alfresa Pip-Tokyo Corporation (Tokyo), which is engaged in the SPD business, jointly with PIP-Tokyo Co., Ltd. (Tokyo)

NIKKEN SANGYO CO., LTD. changes its corporate name to Alfresa Nikken Sangyo Corporation.

Sep. 24 The Company enters into a business cooperation agreement with MEDICAL SYSTEM NETWORK Co., Ltd. (Hokkaido) in the fields of dispensing pharmacy and ethical pharmaceuticals distribution.

Apr. 1 Alfresa Pip-Tokyo Corporation changes its corporate name to Alfresa Medical Service Corporation.

2010

Jan. 8 Ando Co., Ltd. (Gunma Prefecture) becomes a wholly owned subsidiary through a stock exchange.
Alfresa Nikken Sangyo Corporation becomes a wholly owned subsidiary through a stock exchange.
Feb. 1 CS YAKUHIN CO., LTD. takes over part of the over-the-counter drugs wholesaling business from TOMITA Healthcare Co., Ltd. (Kumamoto Prefecture)
Mar. 26 The Company enters into a business cooperation agreement with ARATA CORPORATION (Chiba Prefecture), NIPPON ACCESS, INC. (Tokyo), CS YAKUHIN CO., LTD. and TAMPEI NAKATA CO., LTD. Nov. 1 The Company establishes Alfresa Codupha Healthcare Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam), which is engaged in import and sale of healthcare-related products, focusing on medical devices and materials, jointly with Codupha. (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

2014

Apr. 1 Shinohara Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Kochi Prefecture) becomes a wholly owned subsidiary through a stock exchange.
Jul. 1 Shinohara Chemicals Co., Ltd. changes its corporate name to Alfresa Shinohara Chemicals Corporation.
Oct. 1 Mogi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Tokyo) becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Alfresa Healthcare Corporation.
The diagnostic reagents wholesaling business of Shikoku Alfresa Corporation is transferred to Alfresa Shinohara Chemicals Corporation.

2015

Mar. 26 Nihon Apoch CO., LTD. (Saitama Prefecture) becomes a subsidiary.
Apr. 1 SEIWA SANGYO CO., LTD. and Tokiwa Yakuhin Co., Ltd. are merged into TS Alfresa Corporation. (Hiroshima Prefecture)
Alfresa Pharma Corporation takes over the Akita Plant of Daiichi Sankyo Propharma Co., Ltd., and begins operation as Alfresa Fine Chemical Corporation. (Akita Prefecture)

2016

Apr. 1 Alfresa Corporation merges with Alfresa Nikken Sangyo Corporation.
The pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales business of Sannova Co., Ltd. (Gunma Prefecture), which was a consolidated subsidiary of Eisai Co., Ltd., is taken over and begins its operations as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Alfresa Corporation partially transfers stocks of Specialty Medical Distribution Corporation to TOMITA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Kumamoto Prefecture) and Moroo Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1 Alfresa Corporation merges with CS YAKUHIN CO., LTD.

Apollo Medical Holdings Inc., Nihon Apoch CO., LTD., and Chunichi Pharmacy Corporation (Aichi Prefecture, non-consolidated subsidiary) are merged into APOCREAT Corporation. (Tokyo)

2022

Apr. 21 Alfresa Corporation (Tokyo) established Cell Resources Corporation (Tokyo) as a subsidiary seeking to contribute to the stable supply of regenerative medicine products.
Jul. 20 The Company established GEKKA WORKS Co., Ltd. (Tokyo) to promote medical cooperation on a regional basis.

2023

Feb. 28 The Company acquired all shares of Miyazaki Onsendo Shoten Co., Ltd. (Nagasaki Prefecture), making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
